About H.O.P.E

HOPE serves all victims of intimate partner violence, with a particular focus on BIPOC individuals. We are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking help. Our team offers parenting education, intake assessments, and referrals for housing, including household furnishings and other supplies. Additionally, we provide therapeutic services to help survivors heal and rebuild their lives.

I'm here to help.

Executive Director| Mrs. Adrienne Casteele

I've been in service to the community since 1995. H.O.P.E Victim's advocacy Services was established in 2005, but made official in 2006. Since this time, it's been a part of my life's work to assure the safety, knowledge, and empowerment of intimate partner victims.

I am a woman of lived experience. I've been an overcomer, and in my years of wisdom; I wish to bestow my resources and care into the community I've grown so fond of. The state of Washington has also recognized those efforts through official proclamations.

Although we've been established almost 20 years, H.O.P.E is still very new to the community. We are working diligently to build our capacity; so that we're consistently and effectively connecting those in need with positive outcomes of justice, peace, and newness.

Our Mission

Our Mission

At HOPE, we intend to empower and support survivors of intimate partner violence by providing comprehensive services and a safe space for healing and growth.

H.O.P.E's mission is to change the acculturated disparities that affect black and brown indigenous women legally, socially and environmentally. H.O.P.E will
provide them with equity, advocacy, and empowerment. Although we serve all victims these women often experience a double bind due to systematic social
structures that result in them being at a disadvantage for receiving equal support services. Through centuries of discrimination and racism these women have been vulnerable for further victimization in intimate partner violence.

Our Goals

H.O.P.E has become a collaborating partner in decreasing injustices that
continue to penalize women of color due to their inability to seek proper
services. H.O.P.E seeks to serve and empower.
